We are looking for a full time administrator for our very busy workshop, where we maintain and repair our fleet of 130 buses and coaches.
The job involves the organisation and filing of the paperwork for the safety inspection programme, MOT programme, oil changes, air conditioning and VED. There is also a requirement to produce job cards for the repair of defects, ensuring these are completed and filed.
We use a computerised scheduling system to manage these processes, so IT skills and a keen eye for attention to detail are a key part of this role. Previous experience of working in a workshop environment would help as would an interest in working or managing vehicles, but these are not essential.
