We undertake our own training programmes both in-house and using external suppliers to try to ensure that this is the case and we would love to hear from you if you think we’ve done a good job.
Of course, things don’t always go to plan, despite our very best efforts. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about this too, it’s the only way we can keep improving.

If you are contacting us to complain, you can be assured that the matter will be investigated by the management team on each and every occasion. If we can explain why something went wrong, perhaps because a vehicle was delayed in traffic, then we’ll find this out and explain it to you clearly. If we’ve let you down in some other way, you may be assured we’ll find out what went wrong and be in touch to let you know what we’ve done about it, as well as what we intend to do in the future to try to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
