**APPLICATIONS FOR SEPTEMBER 2025**

 

ELIGIBLE PASSES:

 

If you believe you are entitled to transport via City of York council for enrollment in September 2025, you will receive correspondence from the Council regarding your transport by 23/05/2025.

 

PURCHASED PASSES:

 

Applications will be open 01/08/2025 and places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. In the event of a route being over subscribed places may instead be allocated to another bus serving the same area or route.

Those that have an existing account with us will receive early access to applications via email.

For information on obtaining a pass for travel on a route please see the details shown on each timetable.

To purchase a pass for travel directly from York Pullman please use the online form.

Applications for travel on services for pupils who are not eligible for FREE TRAVEL from the Local Authority are now being accepted.

Any pupil who has lost their pass can obtain a replacement from York Pullman on 01904 622992.  The cost is £5 per pass and can be paid by credit/debit card over the phone.
