York Pullman is a name synonymous with high quality coach and bus travel in the beautiful city of York.

With roots stretching as far back as 1926, the York Pullman Bus Company was originally founded by Norman Pearce and Hartas Foxton who ran the company from a premises in the centre of York.

Principally a bus operator in those days, by the 1970’s the company was flourishing, carrying more than a million passengers every year.

Today the company is under the direct ownership and control of Managing Director Tom James, running an extremely modern fleet of coaches and minibuses – and service buses – from sites at Rufforth and Strensall.
