Full-Time Office Administrator

York Pullman Bus Co Ltd, York’s largest independent Bus & Coach Company, are looking for a;

  • Full-Time Office Administrator

to join the Operations Office team at their Rufforth Head Office.

The purpose of this new role is to provide Monday to Friday administrative support to a busy traffic team.

This role would be best suited to someone with previous administrative experience in an office based environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake administration work relating to the Company’s IT based fuel management system.
  • Perform weekly administrative tasks such as inputting of fuel invoices.
  • Perform weekly auditing of fuel stocks and vehicle fuel usage and report on usage.
  • Collate monthly reports on energy usage generally across the Company.
  • Audit and manage cleaning equipment and product stocks across three main Company sites, including ordering of supplies as appropriate.
  • Assist with management of Company fuel stock levels.
  • Other day-to-day administrative tasks as required by the operations team.

Key requirements:

  • Good IT skills, with a good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
  • Good attention to detail in all areas of your work.
  • Ability to work with initiative as part of a busy team.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and new software systems relevant to the business.

This role is a permanent full-time vacancy all year round, but the working hours could be flexible for the right candidate, including accommodating school-times for parents if required, to assist with child-care responsibilities.
