We have a UNIQUE VACANCY for a new member of staff to join us as a FULL-TIME LOCAL BUS SERVICE DRIVER in York to start as soon as possible!
Working from our depot near Rufforth, duties will include driving a modern vehicle on our prestigious network of rural local bus services on a highly favourable work pattern with
- no split shifts,
- no late shifts, finishing at the latest each day by 8.00pm
These are scenic and pleasant routes where you will be driving one of our modern Euro6 service buses. We provide full training on all routes and Company procedures, including a thorough and comprehensive induction process to ensure that you are well equipped to quickly settle into your new role.
You will need to already have a full category-D (PCV) driving licence and be able to successfully complete a detailed DBS Criminal Records check upon commencement of application process. A valid DQC (Driver Qualification Card/’CPC card’) will also be required.
In return we offer the security of working for the area’s leading independent bus & coach operator together with an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour. Remember, NO SPLIT SHIFTS, NO LATE FINISHES plus GREAT JOB SECURITY too!
