Conditions of Sale
Concessionary Passes for travel to school
York Pullman will sell seats to pupils who are not eligible for free home to school transport. You can purchase an annual mobile ticket for travel and these are paid for using staged payments starting in September. The ticket is issued as a QR code to the pupil’s mobile phone or there are options for a printed version.
Should transport later not be required, this payment can be cancelled up to the first day of term and any appropriate refund can be issued (transaction fee applies) and the QR code will also be cancelled.
If you require cancellation you must notify us via email at schools@yorkpullmanbus.co.uk in the first instance and your current account balance will be reviewed – if notification is not received, York Pullman Bus Ltd reserve the right to continue to charge for the seat until notification has been made and the students QR Code cancelled.
All passes are issued on the condition that this travel concession can be withdrawn in the event of poor behavior or failure to continuing to make payment. Where a payment has been missed, a transaction fee will be added and we will make three attempts to collect payment after which we will cancel the travel ticket without further notice.
Our behavioral expectations can be found here: Guide to school transport
If travel is withdrawn and a student attempts to travel with a voided QR code, travel will be refused.
