We have a brilliant team of staff here at York Pullman and we’re very proud to have such a high employee retention rate, with many of our team staying with us year after year. This is because we work hard to make sure that our most valuable asset, our drivers and staff, are happy, well supported and cared for in their roles, and now we’re looking for 2020’s brand new intake onto our in-house training programme.
Started in early 2019, we have introduced ten brand new recruits in the past 12 months. These are all new additions into our team who have joined us from a variety of other backgrounds and include previous delivery drivers, retired professionals, retail workers and even a fire-fighter.
And now the next one we take in could be YOU.

We offer full and part time positions to suit your lifestyle, including term-time only roles that will give you every school holiday off to do whatever else is important in your life.
