Service Updates

Passengers can track our buses live to make planning their journey even easier. Simply download the myTrip app from www.mytrip.today, developed by Passenger, to view real-time bus locations on an interactive map, check live departure times from your stop, plan your journey and access mobile ticketing. If you prefer to use a website, you can also track buses online via Bustimes.org, where you can see up-to-date vehicle locations, routes and timetables directly from your browser. Live tracking helps you know exactly when your bus will arrive, giving you greater confidence and convenience when you travel.

Current service status 

My16 – Currently operating as normal.

My21– Currently operating as normal. New Timetable starting 7th September 2026 to improve time keeping. We will also operate from Clifford Street TD instead of Piccadilly. Timetable coming soon.

My36 – Currently operating as normal.

Service 495/496– new timetable starting 13th July 2026 due to Church Fenton Bridge Closure and general timing tweaks.

Golden Tours York – Operating 7 days a week. Visit goldentoursyork.com

Schools – T2 from 13th July 2026 due to Church Fenton Bridge Closure, we will be serving all stops as normal. The bus will come and turn around at the road closure. 112S – from 13th July due to Church Fenton Bridge Closure, we will operate a different route – we are waiting on an update from North Yorkshire Council schools transport.
