What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.
- Keeping daily operations running smoothly (even when things don’t go to plan)
- Working closely with our team of schedulers to deliver efficient, reliable services
- Making quick, confident decisions when challenges arise
- Supporting drivers and operational staff to keep everything on track
- Ensuring we stay fully compliant with transport regulations
- Playing a key role in delivering a top-quality service to our customers
What We’re Looking For
This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch role — we need someone who knows the industry and gets stuck in.
- Solid experience in transport, ideally bus and coach operations (this is essential)
- A PCV licence (already have this or certainly be prepared to obtain one)
- Transport Manager CPC (great to have, but not essential as long as you’d be prepared to train to get one)
- A calm head under pressure and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills — you’ll be dealing with people all day
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis
