Workshop Admin Assistant Part-time term-time only
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Workshop Administration Assistant to work with our friendly and experienced workshop admin team at our Rufforth Head Office.
This is a part-time role, approximately 16 hours per week, working school term-time only with no working during school holidays.
The successful applicant will have previous office experience with a great attention to detail and will ideally be confident in using Microsoft Office applications.
Typical daily duties may include the following tasks.
- General administration and filing of vehicle documentation
- Ordering of parts for the workshop from local suppliers
- Identifying and matching delivery records
- Effective management and filing of daily vehicle first-use check records.
Applicants will need a very good attention to detail and to be able to work well as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative. Good time-management and communication skills are a necessity.
This is a part-time position 09:30hrs to 13:30hrs Monday, then 09:30hrs to 12:30hrs Tuesday to Friday, 16 hours per week, school term-time only, with no working in the school holidays. Timings could be flexible to suit the applicant if these times were not quite suitable.
Full training in all aspects of the role will be provided.
